| The presentation covered our staffing model, call volume growth, apparatus and equipment replacement needs, facility concerns, and comparisons with neighboring fire departments as well as several North Carolina departments with similar populations and call volumes. We also discussed how future funding decisions could impact service levels, response capabilities, and our ability to maintain current insurance ratings.
In the interest of transparency, we are making this presentation available to the public so residents can review the information for themselves.
