The cards should be arriving soon, and we’re looking forward to beginning distribution throughout Clay County.

🔹 What is TenderID?

TenderID is a wallet-sized QR card (with optional home decal) that links to secure medical information such as:
• Medical conditions
• Medications
• Allergies
• Emergency contacts

If someone is unable to communicate during an emergency, first responders can scan the QR code to quickly access critical information that may impact patient care.

🔹 Who Should Consider One?

This program is especially beneficial for:
• Seniors
• Individuals with chronic medical conditions
• Anyone taking multiple medications
• Caregivers managing care for a loved one
• Anyone who wants an added layer of emergency preparedness

There are still plenty of spots available for residents who would like to be included in this initial order. If you’ve been considering signing up, now is the time to get on the list.

In addition, we have started coordinating with local doctors’ offices and healthcare providers to help identify patients they believe would benefit from having a TenderID card. This partnership ensures that those with the greatest need are connected to this FREE resource.

Clay County EMS and Fire personnel will also have cards available during responses when we identify residents who may benefit, and we will be making them accessible at Fire Station 1 for convenient pickup.

This initiative is about one simple goal:
Providing faster access to critical information when seconds matter.

If you would like to be included in the first round of distribution visit www.clayncfire.org/tenderid or if you have questions about the program, send us a message.

Together, we are building a safer, more prepared Clay County.
